UK DELIVERY
We offer complimentary click & collect from our Chelsea store. We will send you an email to let you know when your order is ready to pickup.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Items being delivered outside of the UK are now subject to customs fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer, regardless of whether the item is going to be returned. For specific delivery questions, please contact us for a bespoke quote.
NOT RIGHT? NOT A PROBLEM
If your purchase isn't quite right, you have 7 days to return your item. Please note, sale items will be eligible for store credit only, which can be used within 3 months of your return.

We will issue a full refund to the original form of payment, or as store credit for sale purchases (valid for 3 months) within 48 hours
In store purchases are final and cannot be returned.
Sale items will be eligible for store credit only, which can be used within 3 months of your return.
All online returns must be made within 7 days.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on earrings, swimwear, tights and socks.
